ByEZIPOS
EZIPOS for restaurants includes a kitchen feature that allows you to send orders to the kitchen for preparation. However, not all orders need to be prepared. In this document, we’ll explain how to use this feature effectively.
Enabling the Kitchen Feature:
- To use the kitchen feature, you need to enable it.
- Navigate to the POS screen in EZIPOS.
- On the POS screen, you will notice a checkbox. When this checkbox is checked, it signifies that the order should be sent to the kitchen for preparation.
- Orders without this checkbox checked will not be sent to the kitchen. They will be treated differently, such as for immediate service or other specific requirements.
